Vincent A. Benenati
Chief Executive Officer
Vincent is the co-founder and CEO of Secure Wear USA. Vincent is a certified orthotist who also founded East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp. with his brother Lawrence in 1997. This led to the incorporation of Span Link International, Secure Wear and several other international companies over the past decade.
Lawrence J. Benenati
President
Lawrence is co-founder and President of East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp., Span Link International, LLC, Secure Wear USA and other LLCs. He continues to play a critical role in the daily internal operations of these companies. Larry is involved in strategic decisions, general management, facilities and staffing.
Jack Benenati
Director of Sales
Jack worked as a patient care specialist and site manager for East Coast O&P before joining Span Link in 2010 and Secure Wear USA in 2020. Jack serves as Director of Sales. In addition to servicing assigned customers, Jack conducts business analytics and works with the Secure Wear team to assist with orders, logistics, and general communication.

Vinny J. Benenati
Director of Corporate Communications
Vinny joins us from East Coast Orthotic & Prosthetic Corp., where he was Human Resources Manager and later Director of Corporate Communications from 2008 – 2020. He serves in a similar capacity at Span Link International and now Secure Wear, where we are excited to have him join our team. Vinny is a 2008 graduate from Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelors of Arts in Communications.
Diogo Roquette Osorio
Head of Engineering
Diogo is head of engineering and has 20 years of combined experience in the health care and medical device field. Born and educated in Lisbon, Portugal, Diogo started his career as a physical therapist before attending engineering school to complete a second degree in biomedical engineering. Diogo has a Bachelor’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Lisbon School of Health Technology and a Bachelor’s / Master’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Superior Tecnico.
